Estimating Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this established business in this newly created role designed to oversee the sales administration department of the business and to undertake estimating of tenders.

This is an involved role that requires someone with experience of managing a team and with a proven track record in estimating, meeting tight deadlines, excellent oral and written communication skills and with a real team focus. Duties will include:

  • Managing the internal sales administration department
  • Allocating and managing your own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Coordinate tender responses
  • Check quotations collated by the team prior to sending
  • Review smartsheet reports and provide updates to the Sales Director
  • Weekly meeting with Sales Director on priorities for the week
  • Review master orders on smartsheet to ensure all correctly loaded
  • Respond to client queries quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain a culture of service excellence
